Emergency Medical Services NC II
The program covers a range of competencies related to emergency medical response, including basic life support, patient assessment, emergency vehicle operation, medical and trauma care, and communication skills.
EMS NC II
encompasses a range of competencies necessary for proficiently performing various crucial tasks in emergency medical response. These competencies include:
- Providing basic life support.
- Maintaining life support equipment and resources.
- Implementing safe access and extrication procedures during emergencies.
- Managing service requests and allocating ambulance service resources.
- Coordinating resources effectively.
- Demonstrating basic ambulance communication skills.
- Supervising on-road operations.
- Managing emergency scenes.
- Managing special event scenes.
- Managing routine scenes.
- Delivering pre-hospital patient care.
- Providing intensive pre-hospital patient care.
- Managing ambulance operations.
- Transporting both emergency and non-emergency patients.
These competencies are essential for ensuring timely and effective response to medical emergencies and maintaining high standards of patient care throughout the emergency medical service operations.

Entry Requirements:
- Registration Form
- Marriage Certificate, if applicable
- Philippine High School Diploma or Form 137, or equivalent
- Transcript of Records, if college level or graduates
- Driver’s License or Student Driver’s License
- Photographs – 4 pieces 2″x2″ and 1″x1″
- Medical Certificate to Undergo Training
Certificates after training:
- EMS – National Certificate II (after passing the assessment by TESDA accredited assessor)
- EMT Certificate
- Transcript of Records (after NC II)
